If a song is difficult to translate from English into English, it's even harder to interpret. Big in Japan happens. Perhaps if Marian (group member) had not explained this point in interview, all would still have different versions of this letter.
The song tells of two lovers (not gender specific) heroin addicts, trying to understand his love beyond the world of drugs, without deceit, theft, hallucinations, customers (one of them, at least practice prostituci &Berlin, a place that is frequented by different kinds of addicts (hence, the question of the protagonist)
